Jeff Justice’s Comedy Workshop

During the past 15 years, nearly 1,400 Atlantans have learned the rudiments of stand-up comedy in Jeff Justice&#146;s Comedy Workshop. Justice teaches students how to write and perform jokes and then sends the fledglings on stage in front of a packed house at the Punchline comedy club. The key to comedy is being yourself, Justice insists, which sets some students on a mini-metaphysical quest. Graduates include Ron Lester, who starred in Varsity Blues, and our own columnist extraordinaire Hollis Gillespie.
