What's not great about Target? The store has managed to convert even the snobbiest of shoppers. Its children's clothes, both boys and girls, are cool, trendy and priced right. Somehow the store has perfected the art of staying on top of trends, so if your little girl wants those shiny jeans and tattoo top her friend got at some New York City shop, chances are you'll find something similar here, just cheaper. less...
