Another installment of the Brazilian steakhouse craze that threatens the city with gaucho glut, Boi na Braza puts forth an honest effort on a now-familiar formula. The salad bar is grand, the cowboys wield their meat when you flip your disc to green. Carnivorous highlights include the signature pernil cut and the beef ribs. Pork can be dry. This place is obviously making a bid for Fogo de Chao’s business, though it seems to be drawing a younger, more casual crowd.
