Geographic North supplies your Thursday night soundtrack

Local label gets elevated with Subline at the Sound Table

Once Thursday rolls around and everyone's crawling towards the weekend like it's a fountain in the desert, a little pick me up always helps. Tonight (Thurs., June 19), local record label, Geographic North, presents their monthly escape for those that need it at The Sound Table.

Farbod Kokabi, co-founder of the label, will be on the decks selecting the musical program for the evening while Bryan Abdul Collins provides the visuals. Together they'll create a journey through heavenly sight and sound.

Geographic North recently sold out of their limited edition cassette tape from Auburn Lull and co-released the new TWINS 12" vinyl record with CGI Records. Here's to keeping the physical form of music alive.

Geographic presents the Subline monthly. Free. 10 p.m. at the Sound Table, 483 Edgewood Ave.
