Proving that destructively harsh black metal doesn’t always have to come from church-burning Norsemen, Wolves in the Throne Room has been churning out aggressively dark metal since 2005. Their tour for the upcoming Celestial Lineage takes them through the 529. $15, 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22. 529. 529 Flat Shoals Ave. (404) 228-6769.

Das Racist, Brooklyn’s most bizarrely polarizing rap group, takes a break from making video games about themselves to go on tour in support of their debut record Relax. Something tells me their show will be more frantic than relaxing. $15. 9 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 5. The Loft 1374 West Peachtree St. (404) 885-1365.

Punk rock supergroup OFF!, fronted by Black Flag founder Keith Morris, continues on with a touring schedule that would be demanding even if their vocalist wasn’t old enough to have been blowing shit up decades before you first begged your mom to buy you that Rancid shirt from Hot Topic. $15. 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18. The Masquerade. 695 North Ave. (404) 577-8178.

Continuing the “bands playing classic albums live” trend that’s so popular these days, Minus the Bear performs their debut record Highly Refined Pirates in its entirety on their 10th anniversary tour. $22, 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 22. The Masquerade. 695 North Ave. (404) 577-8178.

Solo artist and Broken Social Scene vocalist Feist tours in support of her upcoming record Metals. Speaking of, you can still send in your own paint-by-tumbers take on the Metals album art for some sort of prize. $33. 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6. The Tabernacle. 152 Luckie Street. (404) 659-9022.

Wu-Tang emcee Method Man teams up with newcomer Curren$y for the appropriately-named Smoker’s Club Tour. Try to keep it classy: bring a smoking jacket and a monocle. Big KRIT, Smoke DZA, and the Pricks provide backup. $28, 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 13. The Masquerade. 695 North Ave. (404) 577-8178.
