pH Balance’s Pam Howe has been a busy band leader as well as writer. She’s just released an intriguingly titled poetry pamphlet Hand spun; poems about cycles, circles, nipples and aliens, and the band is preparing for a video shoot in conjunction with the autumn release of their new album.
