A Maine lobster enchilada served with scallion and grilled corn grits is one of the items added to the menu at Hi Life Kitchen & Cocktails in Norcross by newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Kien Sam. Cram session
Summer quarter at the Art Institute of Atlanta begins July 18, and the students of the culinary arts program need you to act as taste-tester.
