A man said his girlfriend of one week came to his home on Emily Place and demanded to talk to him. The girlfriend is a 30-year-old woman with some missing teeth and a few gold teeth. The man tried to ignore the girlfriend, and asked her to leave. She then picked up a rock and threw it through a picture-glass window in the house. Then, she grabbed a stick and smashed the mirrors on the man’s work vehicle, a Mack truck.

The boyfriend also said that his girlfriend is mentally ill.

An officer found the girlfriend at the intersection of Emily Place and Bankhead Highway. She was yelling and screaming. She admitted that she broke the mirrors on the man’s car. She also said she threw a rock at the picture-glass window because her boyfriend’s wife told her to do so.

She made threats to harm the boyfriend and the whole entire world by blowing it up.

The girlfriend was charged with criminal trespass and taken to jail.

A 22-year-old woman on Hill Street said a female acquaintance keeps riding by her house and staring at her. The female suspect is age 35-40 and 5 feet tall. The 22-year-old said in the past, the suspect has pushed a flyer in her face and pointed a finger at her, “fussing her out,” according to the police report.

The 22-year-old does not want the acquaintance around her and said she feels threatened by her.

The 22-year-old added that when she returned home that day, she found a chicken with its head cut off on her front porch. She is not sure if the acquaintance is responsible for the headless chicken or not.

A 35-year-old man on Hardee Street said his wife accused him of not supporting the family. He said he did not want to hear his wife’s mouth, so he called police. The wife, 33, said she didn’t know why her husband called the police, and added that she is getting a divorce. She said she knew her husband was angry about it.

The wife also said her husband does not like to work.

The husband retorted by saying that his wife just got a job, and does not support the family.

The husband, who has his wife’s first name tattooed on his left shoulder, said he wanted a police report made of the incident.

No charges were filed.

?A 74-year-old woman on Ralph David Abernathy Drive said she went to sleep, leaving her 35-year-old son in the house. When she woke up later that morning, her son was missing and so was her microwave.

The woman said her son had just gotten out of prison the day before. He had served time for stealing items from her home.

A 43-year-old woman who lives in an apartment on Peachtree Walk said someone vandalized her car outside her apartment on Peachtree Walk. She said the car, a red 1999 Grand Am Pontiac, was a rental. She discovered that someone had written the word “Ho” on the door of each side of the car. Also, all the air had been let out of all four tires.

The woman said she didn’t have any enemies who might be responsible for the vandalism. She couldn’t figure out — if the suspect was out to get her — why the suspect would damage a rental car.

A 24-year-old woman on Locust Place said the man she lives with hit her in the face and pushed her down on the bed. The man, 26, said he did grab her by the face because she had been drinking and was yelling at the children.

The woman said after the man grabbed her, she then sprayed his head with roach-and-ant killer.

The woman was given a ticket for simple battery and disorderly conduct. The man was charged with simple battery and taken to Grady Detention Center.
