One of the tightest races in the upcoming Atlanta City Council elections will be in District 6, which covers Virginia-Highland, Midtown, Ansley Park, Morningside, Lenox Park and Druid Hills. Incumbent Anne Fauver is squaring off against investor and political newcomer Steve Brodie. The Lindridge-Martin Manor Neighborhood Association will host a candidate forum on Wed., Nov. 2, during which Fauver and Brodie will offer opening statements and answer questions from the public about some of the district’s and the city’s most important issues.
