Your best guess
Now there's a way to choose wine that's better than simply going by which bottle has the prettier label. Atlanta's Wine Insite Inc. has developed an in-store interactive computer system to give people personalized wine recommendations while they're shopping. Set your parameters for price, color, varietal and/or food pairing. Give it a try at eatZi's in Buckhead through April 15. 3221 Peachtree Road. 404-237-2266. www.eatzis.com. www.wineinsite.com.

Chef Charles Vosburgh prepares a four-course dinner to complement each wine destination. Wine series package: $395 per couple includes accommodations, breakfast and the wine dinner (tax and service not included).
