The African-American Wine Tasting Society says good stemware stems a better wine experience. An Adventure Into Wine
There are many variables in the making of a good wine and certified wine educator Dr. Herbert F. Spasser plans to school attendees on them all when he conducts a series of wine seminars titled An Adventure Into Wine. Focusing on the wines of Italy, France, Germany and the United States, co-founder of the Atlanta Wine Tasting Society brings lectures, slides and tastings to illuminate the importance of vintages, grapes, soil, climate and more.
