Thanksgiving is fast approaching. If the thought of roasting a turkey is more than you can bear, not to worry. Quite a few intown restaurants are whipping up Thanksgiving Day feasts for dine-in or takeout:

Food 101 will be serving a family-style dinner with all the trimmings from noon-7 p.m. The price is $29 for adults and $14 for children 5-12. Children under 5 eat free. Chef de cuisine Justin Keith is giving guests a choice of four side items and two meat selections. Included in the price is unlimited salad, fresh-baked breads and trips to the American pie buffet. Meat selections include stuffed leg of lamb filled with herbs and roasted sweet peppers, slow-roasted house-cured ham with Coca-Cola glaze, and Bell and Evans roasted turkey. Star Provisions is offering a gourmet take-home Thanksgiving dinner for eight, which includes an organically fed and free-range 12- to 14-pound turkey that will be brined and roasted. Also included: gravy, cranberry-orange relish, sage and apple dressing, sweet potato puree with mini marshmallows, green beans with wild mushroom cream, and pumpkin and apple pies. Cost is $180.
