Many ‘round-the-clock restaurants are simply refuges for insomniacs, night-shift employees and people biding their time until the next pre-dawn party. But the food and environment at R. Thomas make it a dining destination in its own right, no matter what time of day. The lush, plant-filled patio proves a cozy haven despite its proximity to Peachtree Street, and the menu features a robust variety of health-conscious salads, pastas, burgers and breakfasts served any time. Maybe the kitschy decor will unnerve some night owls (“Dude, that knight in armor on the roof is freaking me out!), but otherwise R. Thomas is ready whenever you are.
