11TH ANNUAL EARTH DAY AT GEORGIA TECH A weeklong celebration features a book signing and lecture by David Bornstein Wed., APRIL 16, and continues with a free public screening of The Real Dirt on Farmer John, a sustainable fashion show and clothing swap. KEEPING IT WILD AFRICAN-AMERICAN EARTH DAY SUMMIT A panel of activists from the spiritual, civil rights and academic communities will address environmental and social justice issues associated with climate change. ATLANTA BICYCLE CAMPAIGN Two-wheel it though neighborhoods along the proposed Beltline. Cyclists can choose four-, seven- or 11-mile route, and two starting points.
