  • TRADING SPACES: Art Papers’ Art Auction is moving from Mason Murer to BoBo Intriguing Objects

For the first time in a decade Art Papers has a new location for their silent Art Auction. The popular annual event that brings works from a myriad of local and world-renowned artists is set take place at Westside design district’s BoBo Intriguing Objects in February 2015. Before, the auction had been held at Mason Murer Fine Art.

The Art Papers Art Auction and party will go down Sat., Feb. 21, from 7-10 p.m., with a collector’s preview the day before. Tickets are $50 in advance and $65 at the door, with a $175 tab for the collector’s preview packet where VIP guests get a sneak peek of the artwork with the option to purchase pieces in advance of the main event. The auction’s proceeds will go toward supporting the Art Papers programs including the magazine, lecture series (Art Papers Live), and their newly launched Artist Project, as well digital initiatives.
