======If you love craft beer and good jokes, head over to Comedy Night at Second Self tonight. Travis Jones hosts this monthly showcase that provides the brews and laughs. $15 gets you inside the doors, a souvenir glass, and six beer tickets. This month’s show features such Atlanta staples as Jake Brannon and Ismael Loutfi. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; show’s at 7 p.m.

======And because brewery shows are just too much damn fun, Grant Park’s Eventide Brewing is getting into the game this fall. After a very successful go-around last month, Comedy Night is back this week with another killer lineup hosted by Andrew Michael. Get your tickets in advance for just $15; they’ll be $20 at the door. Admission comes with six beer tickets.

? Aw yeah, it’s time to get schwifty! Come on grab your friend; we’ll go to very distant lands with Scene Missing Presents: IT’S ATLANTA TIME at Highland Ballroom. This month, Scene Missing invites comedians, writers, and musicians to perform original sets based on the shows of Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. Scene Missing (and it’s sister show, Song Missing) were featured in this year’s Best of Atlanta issue, and if you attend you’ll see why. It’s one of the most fun live events in the city and this month’s lineup is especially sweet with David Perdue, Jake Brannon, Cherith Fuller, and more on the bill. Doors open at 8 p.m.; show’s at 9 p.m. $10.

?>> In June, local comedian Caleb Synan left the South to further pursue his comedy career in Los Angeles, and he’s been doing just fine. Synan achieved three milestones this summer; being named a New Face of Comedy at the Montreal Just For Laughs festival, appearing on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” and making his late night debut on “Conan.” Now Synan’s is back in town headlining the Warren City Club this Wednesday. He’ll be joined by Craig Hoelzer, David Perdue, Lace Larrabee, and Travis Jones. Doors open at 7 p.m.; show at 8 p.m. Free.

======The hilarious Margaret Cho comes to one of my favorite venues, the Tabernacle, this Thursday. An Atlanta favorite, Cho was a castmember on the Georgia-based sitcom “Drop Dead Diva,” and is well-known for playing Kim Jong-Il and Kim Jong-Un on “30 Rock.” She’s also been a regular on “Chelsea Lately,” “The Talk,” “The View,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” and more. In addition, she’s published two books and put out multiple albums including, PsyCHO, which came out this year. Show’s at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $25.

======Strip down to your bare essentials for free admission to the Underwear Comedy Party at the Village Theatre. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone as all the comics on stage will be performing in just their underwear. Show starts at 11 p.m. If you rather be warm and stay clothed, show is just $10 (which given the season, is not a bad idea).
?
? The Weekend  This weekend, you can see Matt Braunger headline five shows, Thursday through Saturday, at the Improvhttp://www.theimprovatlanta.com/comedy-calendar/. Braunger was a regular panelist on “Chelsey Lately” and is a current regular face on Comedy Central’s “@Midnight.” He’s performed on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” “The Meltdown,” “The Tonight Show,” “Conan,” and more. He’s also released two specials, including Big Dumb Animal which debuted in February of this year.
?
? >> On Saturday, end your night at the 1AM Secret Show. This show has long been an Atlanta tradition, but the last few months have been exceptionally good. There’s regular special surprise guests popping in for free. Show’s every Saturday at 1 a.m. (Sunday if you’re pedantic) in the Atlanta Room of Smith’s Olde Bar======
