As it sinks into Jack that Renee is d-e-a-d dead, his attempts at removing himself from CTU and government drama to become Grandpa Jack completely fall by the wayside. He wants to kill some snipers, and he wants to do it now. Seriously, who killed Renee?

One of the things that has always made “24” such a dynamic show is the ability of the writers to create some of the best political power struggles in prime time. As the series winds to a close (6 hours and a movie left!), some seasons-old battles come to the surface and new conflicts emerge.
