Throughout the month of July, dance company gloATL will create a series of free performances in Atlanta’s public spaces. First up is a performance this Saturday, July 9, at 7:30 pm at the Sol LeWitt public art sculpture “54 Columns” located on North Highland Avenue at Glen Iris Drive near Freedom Parkway.

The performances are collectively titled “Liquid Culture: A physical installation series of 5 Utopia Stations,” and they mark a return of the group to roaming performances in public places after a well-attended series of ticketed events which rounded out the end of the company’s second season this spring.
