ATLwood: Lionsgate chairman wants to buy the Atlanta Hawks

According to ESPN, Lionsgate Entertainment's Mark Rachesky put in a bid to buy the Atlanta Hawks. Apparently Machesky has been encouraged by Atlanta Braves controlling owner John Malone to throw his hat into the mix, one that includes everyone from Dominique Wilkins and Hank Aaron to owners of Major League Soccer and Italian Serie A.
