It’s Election Day! Get out to the polls, cast a ballot, perform your civic duty, and get yourself a Georgia peach voter sticker. Polls are open until 7 p.m. today. Not sure who to vote for? Both Democratic and Republican candidates for governor and U.S. Senate are feeling confident about winning the election outright without a runoff.

Early voting in Georgia this year spiked by more than 20 percent compared to the 2010 midterm elections.

Emory University police are looking into the reported rape of a woman at the school’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on Halloween night.
