Early voting in Georgia this year spiked by more than 20 percent compared to the 2010 midterm elections.
Emory University police are looking into the reported rape of a woman at the school's Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on Halloween night. It's the latest alleged incident at a school that between 2012 and 2013 had more reported sexual assaults than both Georgia Tech and University of Georgia combined.
