1. Grady Hospital uses Facebook to help ID a "Juan Doe" patient who'd been left in a coma after being hit by a car. Don't everybody "like" at once.
2. Betcha didn't think they could do it: A bipartisan Congressional panel comes up with a deal to extend a payroll tax reduction and unemployment benefits, while preventing Medicare cuts. Even so, some House Republicans say they'll vote no just to stay in practice.
