Obama grants clemency to drug dealers

Yesterday was a happy day in Atlanta because the Atlanta-Fulton public library system restored all public library hours which were cut in 2014 resulting in most public libraries being closed for more than half of each week. But don’t get too excited. We still spend way more money on jails.

Do you really think the APS cheating scandal, which culminated with yesterday’s conviction of 11 out of 12 defendants, will change America’s reliance on testing? Don’t hold your breath.

President Obama just doubled the amount of people he has granted clemency to by freeing 22 drug offenders. But when it comes to positive criminal justice reform he has a long way to go to even get close to Nathan Deal.

Looking to get away and chill out this weekend? How about going to the local monastery.

It seems kinda contradictory to raise awareness of hunger by painting with ketchup and french fries but check this out. And earlier this week some wild clouds appeared over Georgia and South Carolina. Check out the pictures.
