The makers of Midnight Rider, the Gregg Allman biopic, are being sued by the family of Sarah Jones, the camera assistant killed on the set in February when she was struck by a train. Gregg Allman, an executive producer of the project who has tried to distance himself from the film since the accident, is among those named in the lawsuit. Jones’s parents maintain that a number of safety violations led to the incident.
