s “Art of the “Q” Cooking Class,” April 13. Learn to make sauces and rubs which made the U.S. BBQ culinary regions famous. Cost is $40 per person and includes a complementary glass of champagne. Class start at 6 p.m. and will last for approximately an hour. For more information call 404-681-4434.
Bocado hosts the Atlanta Community Food Banks Supper Club, April 13. As usual with this monthly outing, 20% of all profits benefit Atlantas Table, the prepared food rescue project of the Food Bank. The Cooks Warehouse’s Cooking Class with Rosemary Rutland, April 14. The class will teach students to make several types of appetizers and small plates. Atlanta Wine Schools “Taste Wine Like a Pro” Class, April 14. Starting at 7 p.m. the class will discuss the tasting methods used by experts to identify, evaluate and enjoy wine. The class will smell and taste a variety of wines. Between wines participants will also have cheese, crackers, baguettes, salami, chocolates and bottled water. The cost is $50 per person.
