Omnivore - In Atlanta, Southern Living magazine readers like Bone’s. That’s it.
Southern Living magazine has published its annual Readers’ Choice awards. Restaurants competed in three categories: Best Brunch, Southern Favorites and Splurge-Worthy.
Only one Atlanta restaurant, the splurge-worthy Bone’s, was among the top 10 in any category.
The Dillard House in Dillard was cited for best brunch and as a Southern favorite. In the latter category, The Lady and Sons and Mrs. Wilkes’ Dining Room, both in Savannah, also placed, along with the Blue Willow Inn in Social Circle.
More proof of the, um, fallibility of “best of” awards.
