In Grazing this week, Cliff Bostock has found the mythical Shangrila. Turns out it is a bistro in Marietta that also serves Chinese dishes. The restaurant uses local ingredients (shrimp instead of hard-to-find yak, for example) and shows Tibetan cuisine's Sichuan and Indian influences.
