The Fifth Annual Midtown Restaurant Week is ongoing this week, and will run until Sunday, September 12th. Participating restaurants are serving a $25 prix fixe menu and include:

Southern Beer Dinner at Shaun’s, Wed., Sept. 8: Chef Shaun Doty brings fine food and southern breweries together to send off summer. Event includes a reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, Sweetwater and scuppernong cocktails. Party in the Kitchen, Thurs., Sept. 9: This event benefits Project Open Hand, which provides home-delivered meals to seniors and people with kidney disease, cancer and HIV/AIDS. 5 Seasons Restaurant & Brewery Westside Fall in Love with a Female Farmer Beer Dinner, Thurs., Sept 9: Celebrate female farmers with a 5 course dinner, which will feature foods from each farm in a particular course. Each course will be paired with 5 different beers. Peachtree Road Farmers Market, Sat., Sept. 11: Chef Hartman of Montaluce Winery will be featuring several of his local, seasonal dishes served weekly at Le Vigne Restaurant at Montaluce Winery & Estates in Dahlonega. The market and the demo are free for guests.
