Via Facebook: Nathalie Dupree, the doyenne of New Southern Cooking, reports a knock-down-drag-out food fight with John Kessler of the AJC:
Feeling fat and fatter. Had a huge dinner at Husk with John Kessler. Brought home the fried chicken that was left because we had a bet about whether it would be good reheated. I say NO fried chicken is good reheated. John thinks some is. Ah, food fights are so much better than fights with one’s spouse!
Nathalie is right, of course.
