Chef Paul Luna (of Lunacy Black Market) has been investigating a property in the Capitol View area for a new restaurant. The project is in the early stages, with Luna soliciting community involvement and feedback to gauge the neighborhood’s readiness.
In late February, Luna held two community meetings in the proposed Capitol View location at the corner of Dill and Hartford. The chef invited residents to share what they are looking for in a new establishment and also ask any questions about the project. The meetings are being paired with an online survey asking people everything from what types of meat they prefer to where they shop and if they belong to a CSA.
