The Cook’s Warehouse - Decatur Mon., July 18, 7 - 9 p.m. Simple Abundace Cooking Class. Chef Joe Schafer from Parish heads this class that benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

The Foundry at Puritan Mill Tues., July 19, 6:30 p.m. To Live and Dine in Atlanta. The Atlantan is celebrating its Gourmet issue with an event featuring the cuisine of some of Atlanta’s well-known chefs.

Barrington Hall Tues., July 19, 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Southwest Sizzle Cooking Class. Join Barrington Hall’s chef John Wilson in preparing a few Southwestern-inspired dishes.

ONE. Midtown Kitchen Wed., July 20, 7 p.m. Wednesday Summer Chef Series. Ford Fry of JCT Kitchen will join chef Drew Van Leuvan to create a five-course meal with parings.

H. Harper Station Thurs., July 21, 10 - 11 p.m. Staff Education Meeting. Guests will have the opportunity to join in H. Harper Station’s weekly staff education meetings on Thursday nights. This week the topic will be bitters and amaro.

Meehan’s Public House Thurs., July 21, 7:30 p.m. “40 Shades of Green” - A Johnny Cash Dinner. The first dinner in Meehan’s series of music-themed dinners will feature a five-course meal with dishes complementing the music of Johnny Cash.

Clarkston Community Center Sat., July 23, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Growing Clarkston: Food, Farming and Fun. In celebration of the upcoming Clarkston Farmers Market, the Clarkston Community Center and Global Growers Network are hosting an event featuring food, fun and education about farming and gardening.
