Clarkston Community Center Sat., July 23, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Growing Clarkston: Food, Farming and Fun. In celebration of the upcoming Clarkston Farmers Market, the Clarkston Community Center and Global Growers Network are hosting an event featuring food, fun and education about farming and gardening.

Atlanta Botanical Garden Sat., July 23 and Sun., July 24, 12, 1 and 2 p.m. Garden Chef Demos. Every weekend from now until October, the Atlanta Botanical Garden is showing guests how to prepare fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits in its outdoor kitchen.

Ray’s on the River Sat., July 23, 1 - 4 p.m. Pig and Pinot. Enjoy lots of pork dishes and taste five different pinot wines at Ray’s on the River.

H&F Bottle Shop Sat., July 23, 9 p.m. Unplugged and Uncorked. This week, the wine tasting and live music combo features musician Philip Frobos.

Five Seasons Prado Sun., July 24. Beer-B-Q. Enjoy unlimited barbecue for $25 and draft beer for $4.

Farmer D Organics Sun., July 24, 4 p.m. Garden Sushi Demo and Tasting. Join Natalie Keng of the Chinese Southern Belles as she shows guests how to make sushi with fresh garden vegetables.
