Omnivore - Bocado owner Brian Lewis to open restaurant in Buckhead with Joshua Hopkins as chef

We’re hearing the details of the long-rumored new spot from Bocado owner Brian Lewis. The new project, which will be called STG, will be a pizza and pasta concept and will be located in Buckhead next to the St. Regis hotel. The chef will be Joshua Hopkins, who recently left Abattoir. I’m told there will be a strong focus on wine in the new spot. More details as they arise.
