Omnivore - Drew van Leuvan to leave One Midtown Kitchen, open Seven Lamps in the Shops Around Lenox

I just got word that Drew Van Leuvan, former chef of Saga and current chef at One Midtown Kitchen, will be leaving his post to open a new restaurant at the Shops Around Lenox. The new concept will be called Seven Lamps, and will be a “Right Sided Craft Bar with Inspired Cuisine.” The restaurant has a projected opening of June this year.
