Eugene chef shows off his buttermilk cheese waffles
In case you missed it, chef Linton Hopkins appeared on The Martha Stewart Show this morning. Hopkins chose to illustrate the episode’s theme, Home-Style Family Cooking, by preparing one of his dressed down, home-style favorites: buttermilk cheese waffles with tomato soup.
