===Loews Atlanta Hotel === Thu., April 19, 7 p.m. Eleven Spice Dinner. The five-course menu will feature a selection of items inspired by a range of flavorful spices, including cardamom, star anise, saffron and cumin. Highlights include anise-scented duck confit with pickled ramps, chili braised veal cheeks with potato galette, cumin salmis and white asparagus fricassee and warm bitter chocolate molten with cardamom ice cream.
