Oak Steakhouse Tue., Nov. 10, 6:30-10 p.m. Wine Dinner Oak Steakhouse is hosting a special wine dinner featuring a four-course meal from executive chef Eric Zizka alongside Saintsbury wine pairings. The night will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres including Maine lobster beignets and butternut squash fritters with bone marrow aioli and local Micros followed by four courses of chefs favorite dishes, each complemented by a special Saintsbury wine.
