Students will learn how to make blue cheese peppercorn dressing, gorgonzola pistachio cheesecake, blue cheese-filled mushroom caps, cinnamon-nutmeg baked apples, and more. Details

Chef Christy Seelye-King will teach you proper dining etiquette and formalities by assigning each student a title and position in the house followed by a game to test your skills. Bosch Experience Center at Serenbe Sun., Jan. 17, 2-6 p.m. The Essentials of Cooking Focus on cooking fundamentals in this 90-minute cooking class, highlighting winter pastas. You will be guided through the essentials of making winter pastas by chef Jonathan Kallini of Bacchanalia will guide you through dishes such as ravioli and tagliatelle. Details
