 Mon., May 16, 7-10 p.m. Nexto Ramen Pop-Up As ramen maven chef Mihoko Obunai prepares to open her new Poncey-Highland restaurant, Nexto, she and her slurp-worthy soups will make an appearance for one last pop-up dinner on Monday night. Obunai’s Nexto preview menu, which, in addition to ramen, includes small plates such as an assortment of yakitori and Japanese dumplings, will replace One’s regular menu that night.
