Murphy’s Tue., May 31, 6:30-9 p.m Heritage Farm Dinner Dine with the farmer who grew everything on your plate and the chef who prepared it. Dinner will be a four-course meal paired with wines. Greg Hutchins, his wife, and children who operate Heritage Farm will be on hand to explain to guests how sustainable farming creates vegetables and meats that taste better and are healthier for you and the environment. Fresh Market June 1-30 Fresh Flavors Head to any Fresh Market store near you throughout the month of June for fresh and flavorful culinary demonstrations and recipe sampling from local chefs for free. This week guests will learn how to prepare blackened Alaska cod with ginger plum salsa.
Bellina Alimentari Wed., Jun. 1, 6-7 p.m. Pasta Making Class Making your own frewh pasta at home is easier than you think. This is a basic hands on cooking class, followed by a tasting of the pasta. Guests get to take home their creations. Details

Destination Delicious Dinner The Atlanta Food & Wine Festival is planning the ultimate road trip with delicious chef creations, fantastic libations, live music and favorite Southern destinations. Presented by The Local Palate, Destination Delicious will showcase the flavors and traditions of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas and more. Details Friday

Candler Park Fri. June 3-Sat. June 4 Candler Park Music and Food Festival Head to Candler Park and enjoy music from Galactic, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, the Revivalists, Yonder Mountain String Band, Keller Williams, Grateful Grass, and Blair Crimmins and the Hookers, among others. In addition to the tunes, attendees can partake in the annual ContactPoint 5k on Saturday morning. There will be an artists market and plenty of eats on hand from food trucks and vendors including the Pickle, Mix’d Up, Sweet Auburn Barbecue, Nana G’s, King of Pops, Just Loaf’n, Genki, and more.
