Space" tease return of "Doctor Who"
The sixth season of "Doctor Who" is scheduled to return on April 23 with two new episodes, "The Impossible Astronaut" and "Day of the Moon," and writer/showrunner Steven Moffat has been priming the pump. March 18 saw the release of two charming "Minisodes," "Space" and "Time," which are basically sketches filmed in conjunction with the Red Nose Day telethon for BBC One. Apparently newlyweds Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill) are continuing their unlikely honeymoon on board the TARDIS with The Doctor (Matt Smith), where they encounter a characteristically quirky anomaly. "Space" and "Time" emphasize the show's madcap sense of humor as well as Gillan's flirty sexuality:
