Cooks & Soldiers is celebrating National Gin and Tonic day by swapping recipes for the cocktail classic with Chicago’s Salero. Guests can enjoy Salero’s version of the gin and tonic, crafted by beverage director Suzie Whitacre, which mixes cucumber, lemon and ginger-infused gin, lemon juice, and tonic.
