Tonight (Sun., Oct. 29), a handful of local crate diggers, record labels, collectors, et al take over 529 for a low-key, Sunday evening record swap. Come out, drink beer (or not), and talk about punk rock, hardcore, hip-hop, Hawkind, Crisis, industrial music, Tommy Wright III, and everything else that’s lodged in your music-centric brain.

Buy, sell, trade, and leave with a handful of LPs, 7-inches, CDs, and whatnot under your arm. These record swaps are always a good time to sign out of Discogs, browse records in the real world, and catch up with the friendly faces you always see at the record stores, shows, and coffee shops, in a casual environment.

Free. 5-10 p.m. 529, 529 Flat Shoals Ave. S.E. 404-228-6769. www.529atlanta.com.
