In a report published yesterday, the Wall Street Journal chronicled the trials of longtime Kirkwood residents who are worried that major development trends will soon yank them from their homes. The story uses the eastern Atlanta neighborhood to illustrate the widespread concerns of rising property values and the property tax hikes that tend to follow.
