MailChimp maestros came together to develop Freddie and Co., a web store focused on peddling unique fares to benefit nonprofit causes. Although the limited-time collections will be continuously mixed up, the six-design run of enamel pins channel Atlanta in a really crucial way. Meg Lindsay, MailChimp Marketing team member and Freddie and Co. founder, says the designs were originally developed during a rather productive happy hour and just ... stayed.

“I think in certain groups, pins have never gone out of fashion,” Lindsay told CL over email. ”People still gather monthly at The Varsity to trade Atlanta Olympics pins. There’s a huge pin collecting sect of Disney World fans. Then there’s the jam band enthusiasts who wear pins to represent concerts or festivals they’ve been to. But there’s definitely a sense of pins coming ‘back in style’ for the rest of us lately. It seems like every store has a bowl of them at the cash register.”

MailChimp client PINTRILL makes the current run of pins. Freddie and Co.’s next collaboration will be with notebook company Baron Fig.
