National Margarita Day Celebration at Tin Lizzy’s

Tin Lizzy’s Cantina is showing love for margarita lovers with an extended week-long celebration of National Margarita Day (Wednesday, Feb. 22). To honor the beloved beverage, the taqueria and cantina is serving 24-ounce margaritas featuring Milagro tequila for $10 for the whole week surrounding National Margarita Day. The featured margarita is served in a commemorative flask to be poured over ice tableside. Guests get to take home the festive flask.

3rd annual Wake and Bake Off

Get creative and bake a treat using any of the Terrapin line of brews for the third annual Wake and Bake Off. Attendees will try all of the entries and unique Terrapin beer creations. Entries for the competition must be registered by Mon., Feb. 20.


 

The Temple Bombing

Alliance Theatre - 1280 Peachtree St. N.E. Atlanta, GA 30309 $10-$20. 7:30 p.m.

Inspired by Melissa Fay Greene’s book by the same name, Jimmy Maize and brings The Temple Bombing to the Alliance Theatre. The play retells the 1958 assault on Atlanta’s oldest synagogue, which sparked social change. Caitlin O’Connell and Todd Weeks star as Janice Rothschild and Rabbi Jacob Rothschild, respectively, who, despite facing adversity, still advocated for civil rights and equality in America.


Hip Hop Trivia ATL
