The ATL-based soul vocalist celebrates the arrival of her newest album live on Oct. 14

ATL-based soul vocalist/songwriter Chantae Cann is set to come back on the scene next week with the release of her brand-new album, Sol Empowered and she's celebrating the occasion with a record release concert Oct. 14. On Sol Empowered, Cann's second studio LP, the sweet-voiced singer continues her exploration of soul and jazz, with assists this time around from Tarriona Tank Ball (of Tank and the Bangas) and PJ Morton, among other collaborators. Catch her live next Saturday, and get your first listen to her newest tunes, along with classics from the past. $24-$50. 8:30 p.m. Vinyl, 1374 West Peachtree St.
