Chamblee exploring driverless shuttle initiative

Chamblee Mayor Eric Clarkson and the Chamblee City Council are exploring a driverless shuttle initiative tied to a Federal grant. According to a report in the AJC, the Council will vote next Tuesday on whether or not to apply for the grant. 

Chamblee has been at the forefront among the cities and counties in the metro Atlanta area managing its growth in recent years, being among the first to study the feasibility of autonomous vehicles, according to the article. The grant would be awarded this Spring.
