Dinner Time, Daddy’s Beamer, Pinkest, and Moloq at the Drunken Unicorn
Dinner Time is a surfy, indie garage band from Atlanta playing songs on young and unrequited love in the modern era. The group’s charm lies in quirky lyrics, melodramatic vocals, and their harmonies.This weekend, they will be at the Drunken Unicorn with Daddy’s Beamer, Pinkest, and Moloq performing songs from their debut full-length, self-titled album. $8-$10. 9 p.m.

The Liturgists at Variety Playhouse
Founded in 2014 in Los Angeles, California, The Liturgists is a podcast with discussions dedicated to the space in between the secular and profane, theism and atheism. In an event they are calling Tabs and Wafers, join founders Mike McHargue (aka Science Mike) and Michael Gungor in an intimate conversation on spirituality, community, advocacy, and change, both within and outside of the Church. $40 7 p.m.

She Wants Revenge, MXMS and The Guidance at Terminal West
She Wants Revenge is the brainchild of LA DJs Justin Warfield and Adam Bravin. The post-punk revivalist band is known for their tight, angular compositions that blend alt rock and modern electronica with deadly precision, comparable with Interpol, Depeche Mode, and Joy Division. $21-$26. 7 p.m.

Beer, yoga, together on a Sunday afternoon — did someone say relaxation? The last Sunday of every month Second Self Beer Company hosts its monthly beer yoga.
