- Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms closes all of the city's restaurants, bars, nightclubs, private social clubs, fitness centers, gyms, movie theaters, bowling alleys and arcades. Restaurants are only to suspend dine-in services and may remain open to offer drive thru, take out, and curbside services 3/19/20
