NEWS BRIEF: City of Atlanta opens up facilities, lifts events moratorium

Atlanta’s City Hall and related facilities will reopen to the public for a variety of in-person transactional services starting Tuesday, Sept 7. Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms also lifted the moratorium on Class A outdoor events, authorizing the acceptance of new applications “for permits or sub-permits for or relating to events at which the attendance is anticipated to be 50,000 or more persons to be held in the city of Atlanta,” an official statement said. atlantaga.gov
